You can place an order for any product online. Retailo Store accounts are free and only require a working email address. Once you are signed in, simply select from the drop down menus the configuration, quantity, and delivery country for any given product. Then click the green ‘Add to Cart’ button at the bottom of the product page.

From here, you’ll be taken to your shopping cart where you can review your product selections. Click ‘Checkout’ and fill out your contact and delivery details prior to clicking ‘Submit’. You will have the option to enter your credit card details to pay for orders under $2,500 USD. Once you click ‘Submit’, you will be taken to the Order Confirmation page which also contains a link to your Order Status page. All production and shipping updates will be provided on the Order Status page. We will also send you an email confirmation with your invoice.

You can find updates on your orders by clicking on your name in the top right corner of any page and selecting My Purchases. All updates regarding payment, production and shipping will be displayed so you can stay up to date on your order status. This is also where we will upload all documentation for customs clearance.
